on initial inspection, the rooms are tired and old-fashioned but because they are relatively comfortable and spacious it is acceptable for a few nights. This is good location to get to the airport with much distance to travel. Manager was most helpful, as were some waiters at breakfast. This is not a hotel that is plush by any means but it is clean.
Location is not suitable to moving around Mumbai easily. Taxis can be very pricey. Hard to get transport at peak times.

I asked to order a taxi to the airport at 2 am in the morning. They forgot. I was too late at the airport, anyway Etihad Airlines agreed to check me in (15 minutes late). Besides this hotel is not worth that price.

The airport pick up was 1 and half hour late. The room was okay but shower facilty very poor as no shower cubicle nor curtain. The wifi was not working during the stay. The web photos of the rooms and actual are world apart. Very disappointed that checked out the next day (instead of two nights reservation) & moved to Hyatt Regency thru Bookings.com.

Spacious. Clean and fairly clsoe to the international airport. Overall ok for a large family with lots of luggage and strollers etc.
No complimentary airport pick-up or drop. Each drop or pick up at INR1000. which is too much money! Food served in the room service was very sub-standard. Absolutely fail on that.

The staff were friendly, the reception area welcoming and the price good. My extended family who also stayed there enjoyed the meals in the restaurant.

Generally, the hotel is fine, but the following made me disappointed: 1. the hotel staff ask for tips directly from client, for a good hotel, tips are discretionary. 2. When we check out the hotel, the check out staff intentionally ask me to sign an acknowledge receipt which leave blank and try to keep the change by himself. I really can give all the change to him, but as long as he did this, I dare not to give one single cent of the change for tips.
